How much do you charge for pickup and delivery?
Our pickup and delivery services are always free! We only charge for the actual services performed.

What are your prices for dry cleaning services?

How do I pay for your services?
You may pay by check, Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover. To pay by check you will need a credit card and valid e-mail address on file. We will invoice you via e-mail on a bimonthly basis. Payment terms are net 10 days. If the bill has not been paid after 10 days, your credit card will be charged for the balance due.

How do we pay for services if we have a corporate or residential community account?
Although we will have an agreement to pick-up and deliver services to your corporate office or location, all accounts will be set-up for each individual customer that requests service. We will never ask your company to assist us or be responsible in the collection of an account.

How do I sign up for your services?
Click on the Sign Up link located on the top right hand corner of our webpage; complete and submit the new customer form. Or call us directly to set up your account.

How do I place an order for services?
Click on the Request Pick Up link located on the top right hand corner of our webpage; complete and submit the order request form. Or call us directly to request services.

What areas of Ventura County, California do you serve?
We serve the cities of Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo, Port Hueneme, Thousand Oaks and Santa Paula. 

What type of bag do I use to place my order in?
New customers can use a plastic bag of choice for their first order. Upon delivering your first order we will provide you with a free reusable counter bag that has been specially tagged with your customer identification. 

Do I have to be present when you pickup or deliver an order?
No. For pickup, simply leave your clothes in our reusable bag or a plastic bag of your choice.  For delivery we will deliver to your home or office depending on your instructions.

What if I have a special request on my order?
Simply print and complete the Special Care Instructions Form and place your item(s) along with this form inside a separate bag.

How do you ensure that my credit card information is secure?
Your credit card security is a top priority. We have taken numerous steps to ensure that your credit card information is processed confidentially, accurately and securely. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that protects your credit card information. SSL encrypts all ordering information (name, address, credit card number) so no one can read it as it travels over the Internet.
